It's funny if you think about all the repercussions of this scene and the movie. Everyone at the bar would be able to give an account of what they witnessed. Basically a naked guy throwing humans about like toys. Having a cigar extinguished on his chest and not even flinching. He left the stolen bike at the mental hospital where he picked up Sarah which would completely link him to this scene.The staff at the mental hospital would have a similar account. They could ID him with the photographs at the police station. Then you have the SWAT team that opened fire with on him repeatedly without killing him. Surely with everything Sarah had told them they would piece it all together what he was.
