Talking about parking the car outside: I park my Tesla outside in the Arizona sun. One of the best things about Tesla is that you can set the Cabin Overheat Protection, which keeps the interior around 100° instead of 150° in the summer. It uses about $1.50 worth of electricity to keep that active all day. Plus, when you are about to leave, you just open your app or smartwatch or smart speaker to fully activate climate, and the car will be fully cooled when you get in. No engine running, no fumes, just fresh air at the right temperature.

Does this really need to be an hour long video??? Could’ve been a 2 min video. May be 5 max. What is it with you people? Have you got nothing better to do than talk about that same shit over and over again and drag it out for over an hour??? Who has the time to watch this shit?? It’s not like you’re revealing anything ground breaking or any new details

I was just in the same boat back in January. I was trying to decide whether to get a 2020 Model 3, or 2017 Model S. We decided we really preferred the cargo space with the hatchback and instrument panel screen in the S over the advantages of a newer 3. We ended up getting a 2017 S 100D with Enhanced Autopilot for $32K. Highly recommend finding one with EAP because it'll cost significantly less than one with EAP but yet only run you $2K to upgrade to FSD which also includes the hardware upgrade so it'll essentially become a much newer car. That's what we're doing very soon. We love our S. One of the most beautiful cars on the road, and arguably the most practical used car you can get. Moreso than the 3. Wish I could've been on the call seeing as I just went through this, haha

🇬🇧 Picked up a 2022 M3 SR+ a few weeks ago for £25k, crazy efficient car 🚗 its costing me about £4.50 to fill up every 2-3days. Such an easy car to live with and crazy fast compared to my old small petrol car that cost me the same to run as this Tesla, Money mostly went on fuel ⛽️ doing around 30k miles a year. Literally 🔥 💵.

Just read through all of the comments - hardly a comment on the fact that OTA software updates provide regular functional (and safety) enhancements to the car, and will continue in the future. Many mentions of functions such a dog mode, sentry mode (not to mention the sound and light show :-) but no mention that these are functions added to all cars (old and new) via OTA software updates over the years.

The cybertruck is pretty ugly and not practical. It's the exact vehicle a mathematician would make. Simple shaped not much style or sex-appeal to it. Over-hyped to say the least.

Because you get the whole game. The updates. The vehicle that does what the other s don. T. My dog loves this car and is safe in it. I tow my RV with a Y accross Canadian country with no problem. Etc etc. the free FSD JUST put it over the top as to its capabilities. The competition which there isn t any just can t compete.

Another thing that is under appreciated about Tesla's is that they don't have a power button or on switch. When my neighbor got his car stolen I realized that even if they broke into my Tesla they still could not start it. And not only that but the app shows the address of where it is parked.

Few things i wish to add. Yes Elin is great and by all means, work towards terraforming Mars, yet we can terroform our own pkanet as well. I also am one of the very few ppl who says the world isnt over-populated, just unevenly distributed. It is "over-populated" with the current systems in place. Nikola Tesla more than 100 yrs came up with a system for free electrical energy. If that were in place, our world coul easily tranform this planet and hold 100 billion ppl, no problem. If were to use hemp instead of cotton for example would on its own also be world changing. We have technologies that cos they are economically friendly to the current system are hidden from the public. There are speed reading courses, programs to do maths in our heads as fast as a calculator, etc etc etc. The human potential is s great yet few ppl follow thru on their own growth. And some of these things are not hidden and are readily available. What makes Musk different is his willingness to learn, absorb, sift, analyse and then apply.....quickly. This is a skill that can be learned. I once a week used to stay awake for 24-40 hrs straight without sleep to build my online business. Now i do it once a month. Very few ppl are willing to go out of their comfort sones and stretch and grow. As they say, if we are not growing, we are dying. There is no middle ground. So im in full favour of what Elon is doing and why

What is wrong with the picture? Talented people who work for him are somehow excluded from the achievements. Musk is no genius. He just happened to be determined, with strong desire to be successful. The credit has to be given to the talented people around him. How long for? It's hard to say, as he recently has to prove that AI can replace many of them.

suddenly got tired of hearing the younger gentleman reading quotes. been getting his videos suggested too frequently. the way Dr. Peterson tries to give light to why porn is unhealthy because it says something about finding pleasure as a spectator than a participant. though poorly, i draw similarities with the younger dude reading words too often of what someone else said. probably better off just looking for the videos from which the materials he "pulls" originated.

YES, Brandon! I bought a used model S (2018) last year with 32k miles. I upgraded the screen and internal computer at my local TESLA service center to FSD computer for approx. $2,500. It's now FSD ready! I love driving it.
@Hogger2807 годин тому
Elon did not invent the platform that is the Tesla Car. That platform was designed by AC Propulsion is a San Dimas, California, USA company founded in 1992 by Alan Cocconi, Wally Rippel, and Paul Carosa, that specializes in alternating current-based drivetrain systems for electric vehicles!. Their system is even more advanced in that it could also return power to the grid. Elon Piggybacked off of their system and married it to a big dash mounted computer screen(which is also a dangerous driving hazard). The biggest difference is that Elon has lithium batteries(which he did not invent) and AC prop did not. Elon is a lot like Henry Ford and Thomas Edison who borrowed or stole other's inventions, made a little tweak and called it theirs!!
@heythave7 годин тому
Brandon, get a new updated model 3 and you’ll never have to worry about any “problems” that older models have. Plus, you can do videos on how the car does as a robotaxi. It will be a mistake for you to get an older model S. Wait a bit to get a model 3 if it’s not yet in your budget.

I just tried your 4 letter , 3 minute "T" test, and with the help of my friend "chatGPT" I tapped out at 216 words in about one minute. Now I get why Elon and all the rest of these geniuses are genuinely warning us to slow down and constrain A.I. They're afraid they'll no longer be the smartest kids on the block. It don't take a genius to figure that one out.

Yay congrats...I drive a used 3 LR it had 18k km...canadian eh...2020 model...only wish it had heated steering wheel and ventilated seats...other than that a used one is good way to introduce yourself...they have a direct part site if you are looking at foggy rear tail lights...common issue...out of warranty will be a valuable site for the little things that may get squeaky as they age...but mine has been solid
