i like these dell "rtx 1660 super" cards, they clock at 2100 mhz which is why they get hot. better case thru put (really good cpu fan that throws air backwards, and a good case fan pushing the air out of the case should help with a few degrees. mine went 14 degrees cooler :D (39-40's) not 50+ FANRENHEIT (110 celsius is 230 fahrenheit) this guy is lying.

Nvidia is so high on greed these days it makes me sick to think that I've been a loyal PC builder since 95 with my first build including the GeForce 256. The writing was on the wall for me when EVGA gave up on Nvidia because they didn't like the direction they were headed. In my opinion, Nvidia gave up on gaming cards since the 1080 Ti and has been laser-focused on AI. The 20, 30, 40-all RTX series cards were such a letdown. I'm surprised AMD didn't go all in and invest in thier brand by cutting prices even further to capitalize on the gaming card scene and encourage more people to convert. I'm sitting here looking at the last Nvidia card I'll ever use in my personal build, the EVGA 3060 Ti FTW3, which still outperforms a lot of cards out there but for the 60 series card its price point was a huge slap in the face to gamers.. Then they turn around and make it even worse with the 4060ti... not even going to elaborate on that hot mess.. Anyways, My next move and recommendation when building PCs for others will most likely be the AMD 7x series, especially now as prices plummet. 2024 will be a great year to build an awesome 1440p or 4K high Hz, DDR5 gaming platform.

I bought my Intel Arc A770 10 months ago. I had an RX 5700XT before. It's good to play Cyberpunk with Ray Tracing enabled and have decent performance. They updated the driver so many times and improved a LOT! Really happy with that. I definitely will check their next GPU's.

Being a consistent EKWB purchasers for over a decade, the last waterblock I bought from them will be, the last block I buy from them, along with anything else they sell. I have given WAY too much cash to this company, and whatever they decide to do they have still lost a paying customer for life.

I'm a Formula One race fan. Your flow chart of separate and connected companies would fit right in with them. The HAAS F1 team has/had I think 3 HAAS something companies involved. Really torn. I'd like to pick up one of the x3d chips to maybe help out a bit with adding some smoothness to some of the more CPU intensive games like Helldivers 2, but not sure how much of an upgrade either one will be vs the 5600x I already have. I play at 3440x1440 with a 3090. Currently 5700x3d is $229 vs $299 for the 5800x3d. Anybody have any thoughts?

The 14900k got better than the last gens, less power, less heat, and more performance. Thats good.
