I did this for the first time with insanely (and I mean, really, insanely) sore ab muscles and I was near crying🥲... kept counting the exercises and with that the minutes😂😭 it'd be so cool if I could motivate myself and pull through a little challenge with this video, maybe doing it for a week straight? love the shortness, love the new exercises, love Pam's smiley, giddy vibes, doing this as if it is the easiest task on the world.🤭🩷 hugs to you, Pam!! xx
