i just bought this soundbar at a discount new for about 150 dollars at my country Chile, (it is 270 at amazon plus 100 extra on import fees.) and IT SOUND AMAZING powerfull bass and good speakers, tons better than my cheap smart tv incorporated ones.

I love this dude's energy and passion... I upgraded my setup a couple years ago with Sony A80J OLED and Sony Soundbar and Sub... I bought the Forest cable to plug into to my apple tx 4k box.. significant upgrade,... Plan to eventually upgrade to carbon cable and a premium one for E-ARC to soundbar.

I have a maybe stupid question that I can't find an outright answer to... I just bought a Samsung S89C and am looking into a Q-Symphony soundbar if I can get one relatively cheap. I'm looking at the HW-Q600A. It is Q Symphony compatible, but I can't find whether it is 3.0 or not - or if that is something that gets updated, as in a 2.0 gets a firmware update to bring it up to 3.0 standards.

I have this bar with a lg c2 in my living room. Just got it about a month ago for the new house we moved into. It’s connected with an audio quest cinnamon 48 hdmi cable. It’s had problems pretty much since day 2. We always have to unplug the bar and re plug it to get it to work because it constantly looses sound. I’m pretty tech savy and know how to connect set up calibrate ect ect. I also have in my bedroom a Bravia a80L with the ht-a3000 also paired with rear speakers and a sub and have not had any issues at all with the sound like with the lg. and we actually have 2 of the Sony Bravia set ups in 2 different rooms with the same sound bars and no issues. Was considering also getting rear speakers from lg to pair with the lg sound bar and now I’m considering just replacing the entire lg c2 and gx sound bar because the constant disconnecting is really something that has been getting on our last nerve. Tried a lot of different things to get it to work. Any other advice? It will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Great vid btw.

What application do I need so i can adjust the settings of the speakers

I have this equipment a few days and I noticed that the sound of the bar is very high and without any record. When the bass increases to have a less high-pitched sound, the impact of the subwofer becomes very exaggerated. I still can't adjust for myself. sound modes are limited.

I went to my local target and bought the last CU7000 size 85. The TV was on clearance and I used my student discount and bought the TV for $465. I owned a Westinghouse previously. I’m glad for the upgrade.

Do all Q Symphony tv’s have the same speaker configuration? I have Q800B soundbar and older Samsung tv and thinking of getting a new tv to help improve dialogue. Thanks

Nice review, just realized today that Klipsch has a new soundbar coming up and not even that expensive. Unfortunately the 8k passthrough mentioned in the video is a bit misleading because it only has an eARC port. Passthrough would require at least one HDMI 2.1 In which not many soundbars have ( Sony does). On some TVs this soundbar will block a 2.1 port.

Hi, thanks for the video. I am moving and my living room is going to be 3.5x6.2 meters, and the tv will be on the other side of the 6.2 meter side. So as I have around 6 meters of space (sofa and table also in the space) is this soundbar going to be enough? I can always get the additional speakers behind the sofa, but not the biggest fan of those lookwise. I also live in an apartment so I will have to keep the volume at a reasonable level. Just bought this tv at my local Costco and it came with a 5 year warrant at a price of $1,450.00 excited to get this up and going

I Have this now, got through Amazon this soundbar is loud and turning up the bass its really loud, i bought a klipsch RP 1000 SW subwoofer connected to this soundbar and its really loud now!

Right out of the box mine had 2 issues so I contacted klipsch they were extremely rude arrogant and unhelpful. Luckily I was able to return it. Even with it's issues still sounded awesome but unfortunately I cannot do business with a company that treats people that way the most arrogant stuck up company I've ever seen. I would never advise anybody to give them a cent of their hard earned money!

Friendly tip.. if it was mentioned and I didn’t catch it.. 18hrs is a give and take depending on volume and lights.. but owning this speaker the volume almost doubles in sound/power when plugged into the wall adapter. It’s an impressive speaker! Cheers.

I like how you showed that comparison of the good video/bad audio, audio is just as important as great picture. Just received an HT-A9 (also have a Q990c), the HT-A9 has a larger sound stage, have nor added the subwoofer yet, wanted to see how it is without the subwoofer. YES this system sounds great without a subwoofer, its incredible in image placement and height effects. I know exactly what im missing without the sub, as i have a dedicated Kef 5.1.4 system with a 12" sub. The A9 is just so easy to use and no speaker wire is awesome 👏. Setup literally took 5 minutes.

So I’ve done quite a bit of research regarding hdmi 2.1 cables and you guys are saying the same exact pitch Best Buy says silver content silver content so Linus I’m sure you’re aware of his millions of followers has every reason to pitch these things and could make big bucks so why did he run test on all these expensive cables and not only find some of them don’t meet 2.1 standards but make no difference what so ever regarding price or brand simply explaining that it either works or doesn’t anything in between is snake oil salesmen bs I’m assuming you work for some electronics store in fact I have read article after article that these cords have nothing different other than putting a ton of actual silver in them that way when they get sued they can say the price is due to the amount of silver or copper but I used 12 dollar cords and I bought those really neat thick looking ricketfish cables at 60 a pop and there is absolutely no difference and even if there are some of these minute differences with the actual science based test ran in these how people should be outraged there are 300 all the way up to 4k for an hdmi cord? Come on man get real and stop ripping people off put a test out to prove me wrong I’m going to go with Linus ion this one as he ran every test possible on these and could not find anything to suggest any type of difference between a certified 12 dollar hdmi 2.1 cord compared to the multiple hundred dollar and so forth cables please put some data out to prove me wrong

Are the 2 top tvs inverted, so the thinner bezels unite with the thinner bezel of the 2 down tvs? If so, can you fine setup a PC with a Nvidia GPU to run a video wall this way?

I love front firing Subs im sick of the floor and side subs that plague the market. Nothing beats front firing you feel it in your bones.

Any idea if i can pair my wireless sub and wireless surround speakers from my Klipsch 700 series soundbar to this new sound bar? Or would i need the newer ones? I would really prefer not to have to buy the sub and surrounds also but my 700 is bricked

Just ordered this bad boy. I honestly didn't think it was possible for a soundbar to rival large speakers like the Sony HT -A9 but I think it makes sense when you think about how there are just so many speakers bouncing sound around the room. Can't wait to try it out when it arrives!
