This game would be an amazing remake

My brother used one of the dragon at final battle to fight that health stealing monster, and he used the arrow formation so that the boss will only absorb the dragon (edit: it was cross formation). It was super effective since it will only cost him as much as 10 health or so.

Uwaaa it sure does bring me back many childhood memories 😆 still remember watching my brother playing it while beside him I reas the faq so we can collect all the 108 charas. Thought this is not the first Suikoden he ever play, it was my first, so it has a special place in my heart. Thank you so much for playing and uploading this. Feels like I'm back on my brother's bedroom in 2000s, sitting beside him. Funny things tho, he never get bored playing this game over and over again, and neither did I.

If you cut the meandering that is 70% of the game, the beginning and ending are really good.

I'm guessing this is the Steam version. I never got to do the sidequests because the Mognet doesn't work with emulators and there's no one with a DS anyway. I did get all of the summons though, so there's that.

They should have the original ps intro on ps5 or 6. Or at least make it an option in settings for when starting a game or turning comp on

18:01:17 how are you getting that much damage from her eth attacks. For me the max damage ive been able to get from her is around 400 points and you're getting close to 2000. I have her set up pretty much exactly the way you have but my characters are higher level, and i have all their gear full upgraded for this part of the game.

I actually just played Haunting Ground back in February via PCSX2 with HD textures installed. My goodness, what an incredible game it was! You can see some borrowed assets from Resident Evil 4, such as Hewie being the same dog model as the dog you rescue in RE4. Heck, I even read that Haunting Ground's premise was originally going to coincide with RE4 where Fiona (someone like her) would encounter Leon, and the dog you rescue (Hewie) would belong to her. Makes me wish someone would mod this into a fan made game, so I can play it.

Wow the countless times I've played this and I had no idea you could use the ketchup to get out if the cell! I always hid under the bed...never ceases to amaze me how many different ways there are to progress in this game

So we know the trick to defeat Psycho Mantis is putting thr controller in the other port. But what about the xbox 360 version? How do you trick him thrn?

I must have played this 20 times as a child. Looking back again as an adult I forget how the majority of the game is cut-scenes and codec calls. Still an incredible game though.
