thanks for the helping tips. how about you put your own apple tag in your car ( hide under the car , or hard place to get to it ) and track your car when the car is stolen ? I know the theft can disable the tag as you said you can disable their ? from what I know. you may have a 5 minutes or more for the theft to know and removed your tag and disable it. but well hidden tag may give the theft a hard time to removed it. like it goes both ways

Two years later that same officer Marco Ricciardi will advise public to leave their fobs at the front door to prevent violence while our cars are being stolen. In other words, he admits that police has lost the battle with thieves, but still we - normal people, have no right to defend our lives, let alone belongings. Some of the laziest and incompetent police officers I’ve ever seen. I actually called to report a similar situation when the officer arrived. He said there was nothing he could do about it and left. I wish we had more police officers like you that actually care about public safety and do their job here in Illinois we don’t.

I have a 2005 Silverado, a 2000 Silverado, a 2001 Tahoe, a 2004 Yukon, and a 2011 malibu, Nobody wants to steal these. Another advantage of not owning a new car. Also i have plenty of money for gas, cause I have no car payments. The mileage on these vehicles, is 62k, 93k, 125k, and 30k. The Yukon has like 171k, but new trans. Its just a rental car replacer.

I use a Club on steering wheel. Cause removal would require manual labor and they really are clueless about that 😂
