About Norton, in my case, it was automatically turned on and installed on my pc. Also the whole uninstalling process sucked because even when I uninstalled it I still got pop-ups and stuff saying „oh no. U don’t have Norton installed. CLICK HERE to install it“. Fricken sucks man

I was unhappy with the cooler (thermalright assassin X ARGB) that I used on my new AM5 build. The cooler was totally compatible, it's just that OCCT had it running benchmarks as high as 97c on a 7600x, MSI b650 Mag Tomahawk, everything at stock defaults. So I just purchased a thermalright AM5 paste guard that fully replaces the holder substrate with a really sturdy hard thermal plastic. You completely remove the mounting bracket with 4 screws, then screw the Thermalright bracket that also blocks paste from getting in the groves. I'm hoping for passing OCCT stress tests for 10-15 minutes. If not, I'm going water-cooler. Not messing around. The MSI b650 Mag Tomahawk is a great Mobo that can easily support whatever AM5 CPU on the market. TLDR. VPN is useful only for torrenting and public wifi. Norton and MacAfee are just malware. PC boosters are just a giant noob trap.

Both Norton and McAfee are garbage AV tools. System resource hogs, dont detect jack, too costly by including bells and whistles almost no one needs. Basically they are the car sales people of the computer world. Multiple instances of clients came to me saying they think they have a virus as their pc is slow... No you have a 10 year old computer and a drive that has well over 500 poh running mcafee or norton... Uninstall both of those, it runs significantly faster. I always recommend a drive replacement at that point too. I had one client who had McAfee installed on their laptop. Turns out their kiddo downloaded some pirated games and they had 50k trojan detections in MBam.... zero in Mcafee, no exclusions were in their av...

It's important to know a VON can give you LESS privacy. The idea of a VPN for privacy is to mask your IP address by bouncing it through the VPNs computer, it also means they can record your trafic and give that out. So you should only use a VPN you really trust that has been 3rd party verified as a no-log VPN when it is a VPN you are using for privacy.

i am some one who chose the legion go over the aly. i have some gripes with it for sure. i have smaller hands and imo the comfortability of the device isn't as comfortable as the aly due to the shape of the device where your palm meets the front of the controller. the weight is a little wild but something i got use to pretty quck. the legion buttons where very strange but there was an update that allows you to switch the start and menu button with those now if you are some one like me that is bothered by the labels for these buttons just grab a skin for them and you would never know. they have been making many changes as time goes on and alot of quality of life updates every month. i am some one who flys alot and i actually remove the controllers and play with them separately all the time. even with the switch ive always played with them separate and with out the controller thing. as for having 2 usbs i have found that i actually like this because depending on how im sitting or where the plug is located from my sitting pos. i like having the choice of above or below the device for charging. another thing is the legion actually charges faster than the aly which is nice. the bigger screen was a huge reason i went with the go. the funny part about that choice was the fps mode. i was hyped for it but i still after 7 months of owner ship haven't played an fps game with it yet 😅 over all i am happy with the go and with the soon to come ui change to legion space there is alot to love here.

I've ran into something very similar. I just started getting sick and tired. All of the vitamens were isanely low and no matter what I ate or took they just wouldn't go up. I was always dehydrated and I was so tired that I couldn't even walk for 10minutes. Muscles were cramping and spasms all of the time and I was starting to get blurry vision and I completely stopped eating. Turns out my pancreas wasn't creating enough enzymes. My specialist thought it may have been related to covid since he only had 5 similar patients his hole career, but after covid it went to 20 with very similar issues. I took the enzymes and over about 3 months I regained most of my strength back and after another 3 months I was able to do my daily walk again and I was mostly back to normal. After about another 3 months I started getting sick and they check my enzymes level and they were crazy high, so I cut back my enzymes. I will continue to go back to check to see if it returns to normal, but as of now I'm doing good as well. Hang in there, I'm sure you will figure it out eventually!

ive been overclocking my 3080 and i found at 1065-1082 Mv i can hold 2190 mhz but if i try to push it to 2200 it jumps to 2050 and back down and up than crashes. really weird. also mine hardly boosts anyway in the first place oddly

3:41 - this depends. I have Proton setup on my home server through wireguard and it gives me nearly 90% of the rated speed of my ISP, which is much better than most of the devices get on WiFi. I pay for Proton for their email and they just happen to bundle VPN with that, which explains why I get good speeds. I torrent a boatload of stuff, so I definitely need it. Your mileage may vary.

First tip ..... Buy an AMD CPU rather than an Intel which while powerful are wildly inefficient and create a lot of heat ..... Nvidia GPUs are slightly more efficient than AMD GPUs at least with the current generation That could buy you 100 Watts less heat for the same gaming performance just by going with a 7800X3D over a 14900K
