5:45 Yeah so those pride flags aren't exactly enumerating different genders, so that was a weird way to put it. The gender related pride flags are about how one's gender can be different from the cisgender norm in that you may be trans, you may have a fluid gender or you may have no gender for example. What is heartening and hopefully not an empty gesture is the inclusion of the intersex flag, as intersex people have an especially bad history with medicine. Though that is also true for trans healthcare from what I understand. Though I am curious what the hospital's policy is on gay blood as well, if it is only gay patients that are welcome or if they can donate blood as well. Seeing inclusion efforts from healthcare is good and hopeful at least. Especially in the UK with the current climate on trans rights.

About the Trump trial,they forget to mention that people are afraid to be on the jury. And it is the media who are to blame for this. Even though there is a law forbidding the naming of jury members,they circumvelted it by giving out all the details about the juror except her name. Her place of work,her race,her family,kids,what school they go ,etc. It has nothing to do with impartiality, lots to do with fear for their life. Stop distorting reality for a laugh.

But the contest will actually be in the appeals courts where it will be argued that whatever Trump did to put money in Daniels's hands in exchange for silence doesn't meet the specifications of illegality contained in the law under which he was charged. So he could be convicted and then have the U.S. Supreme Court state that the jury decided the facts correctly but that what Trump did (even if it's exactly what the jury says he did) simply wasn't illegal. I lack sufficient knowledge of the facts of the case and/or the law to know if, and if so why, paying your mistress for silence so that you can win an election might be illegal. Whether it's illegal or not, Trump will not have been the first office-holder or candidate for office to have done it.

When Trump has gone the way of all flesh you can write a massively successful tell-all book without any fear of providing either side grounds for appeal. Because of an acquaintance of mine I doubt I can get on a Trump jury, much as I wish I could. Even if I do as Jo Brand says and lie, it'd be a lie that would easily get caught out when appeals-court attorneys investigate jury-fairness angles, and I'd be arrested for perjury. Then the Trump verdict would get tossed and Trump would be retried.

I think to designate 25 genders is silly, gender is a fluid gradient, its almost like trying to reaffirm the static dynamics of binary just at multiple points. It's silly because it's like specifying every single point on an Adone Photoshop color gradient wheel. It's almost like a fear of fluidity.
