vaguely remember this when it happened immediately followed by me looking up various articles and media covering the story. What stuck with me, aside from the victims, was the fact that media and mainstream news networks, such as msnbc, abc, cnn, and cbs, didn't call it an attack and an act of terrorism, which is precisely what it was, after knowing what took place. It literally took brooks and his outrageous demeanor and antics alone, to make the story go viral and essentially unavoidable from covering. Mainstream ignored this almost entirely until it literally became unavoidable. They only care about these stories if it paints them a certain way, such as being victims, instead of perpetrators. Pretty disgusting.
