My experience of this just now was such a moment of true authentic beauty ~ I was in such emersive energy I felt so much strained pain leaving my spine!~ and I saw my inner high self they were all so beautiful the serpent was absolutely captivating! Those eyes so wonderfully cosmic and divine that I will definitely have to draw it! Goddess be for this blessing!~ thank you I'm going to save this video for later use when needed because the way my body was swaying and moving just happened so naturally like the serpent took hold and guided my body into a complete dance with it and it was so freeing and euphoric in such a wonderful waY~ words can't not express simply how awe inspiring this meditation has helped invoke within me~ blessed be to you~ you truly awakened my true authentic beauty and aura from within and I feel so light and free~ the visuals were so beautiful and I didn't really know what to expect but it just all flowrd so beautiful and care free and helped me so so much!~

So I tried this for one night and found it hard to get quality sleep. I woke up around 3 hours into it and turned it off so I could really sleep. I had the volume down fairly low. It could be lower still (barely audible low). Does it still work if it playing super low? Am I just not the type of person for overnight tracks? I like it totally completely pitch dark and no noise for sleeping. I will often sleep with ear plugs and eye mask if there is any chance of auditory or light interruption.

I was having anxiety as I tried to sleep which is unusual for me, my regular videos where not soothing me, the peace this brought me was almost instant and I fell asleep quickly after that.

Just a few nights ago, I saw a crystal-clear wine cup filled with purple-colored wine. Its color was so striking.

the YOU ARE , affirmation are much more real then when listening to the I AM . this is because when we are affected by others, be it abused or praised , you dont get a person telling himself or herself, I am useless, or I am useful, but rather through programming of the 'YOU ARE' most hypnotists still make that mistake praising themselves by the I AM, instead of telling the client ' YOU ARE' ...
