Me trying to be vegan:

When i was 11, i had finished my can of coke in the car. Idk why but i decided to just toss it out the window. My grandpa SLAMMED on the breaks! He parked on the side of the road, got out, and told me to do the same. I will never forget how his face was completely stern and serious. He grabbed my hand and took me over to my coke can in the tree line. He nelt down to my level and said, "jessie, what do you see all around you?" I said, "grass, trees, flowers, etc...." and then he pointed down at my can and asked if it belonged with all the beautiful nature. I said no and he went on to say that's correct. That we are just guests on this beautiful ball in space. That, all of this beautiful nature and land was here long before us and will be around long after were gone. But that it's our job to love and respect the land. To protect it. Keep it safe and clean while we can do so. I picked up my can and put it in the car. I then noticed some other trash around, so i picked it all up. We collected a bucket full of junk (the bucket being an item we found that i still own as a precious memory of my absolutely amazing papaw ❤🥹) we got back in the car and as a treat he took me for some ice cream. I will never ever forget that day. Now at almost 30 years old, I do my best every day to make my papaw proud. 😪❤

Whilst walking is exceptionally good for general Fitness & posture. My opinion is that employment already takes enough of your effort, energy and time to consider doing anything like this realistically especially given the amount of recuperation it would take to recover adequately to perform again within a 11-12-day period.. but obviously it takes all sorts to make an interesting world and whatever works for you and makes you happy. Whilst this is a phenomenal effort to put into getting to work, I imagine almost anyone, even Olympic athletes- not being able to recover sufficiently to maintain this and still keep brain function, ligament and tendon and muscle functionality and repair sustainable, let alone improvement for any more than a once off. Whilst I would never try this I have found exceptional results in 3.5 kilometer hikes twice a week, barefoot walking in barefoot shoes, including five minute interval jogs and backwards walking, 1 yoga, 1 pilates & 3 resistance training sessions session per week, and a high fibre, protein rich diet full of healthy fats, coupled with six to eight hour sleeping periods with the occasional nap thrown in, allows for a healthy, sustainable and steadily improving level of VO2 max, ligament & tendon strength, muscle strength, volume and endurance & posture improvement... but good on him for doing something different and (somehow) inspiring people... I just don't see how you could have any enthusiasm or energy once you get to work... let alone the deleted blood glycogen levels to perform any physical or neurological functions... but I think the goal is really for the experience so fair enough... I'm happy to be an Aussie too....
