Overhang value must be equal in order to count this as an experiment. Also, I bet that end mill can go 4x deeper with the same values without breakage. It has 3 flutes which enables it to evacuate chips while slotting. This video is not a good look for Tungaloy.

Как и в любом событии и явлении в мультифунциональном инструменте есть свои достоинства и недостатки. Достоинства: экономия мест в инструментальном револьвере и денег на покупку узкоспециализированного инструмента. Недостатки: диапазон обрабатываемых повеохностей и материалов неширокий.

Tungaloy sucks because they fucking lie on their demo videos about the comparison of 2 tools, left is spinning slower.. meaning less feed rate speed,, it doesn’t make that tool faster if you lie on every god damn video, because you’d rather make good tik tok videos instead of making videos for people like me that buy the tooling. Does the DCMT boring bar with the Flat 93 Degree lend it to better vibration performance? The CCMT for roughing had some chatter even given the short LxD ratio. I am always trying to hold straightness and tolerances of +/- .0003 and it is difficult to stay consistent with a CCMT style boring bar. I will def. reach out to my local rep.

really unfair comparison. when you start the cutter 6 inches away the one with a faster feedrate is faster.. very deceptive and innacurate comparison

They start at the exact same position and the feedrate per tooth is not even 1% higher. Do the math yourself and check the video by frame. Very good comparison actually.
