I wish I had curly hair I have a sister in law that went through beast cancer and her hair came back curly. I wonder if that is why Jesses hair is curly. You bless us with so much content. So sorry that someone showed up. I do have an idea for those of us that would love to meet you and learn more about your operation first hand. Would you ever consider offering a "Sheep Clinic" for sheep farmers to learn from you in person? I would be willing to pay $500 to learn from you. (I'm just a retired teacher with 40 ewes.) If you could do a few sessions in the "off season" and maybe reach 100 farmers total. That $50,000 could be donated to whatever charity you would like in honor of Jess. I don't know how many of your 1.11 Million subscribers are sheep farmers, so it would probably need to be a lottery system to select.

My son was diagnosed with thyroid cancer that had spread to his lymph nodes 24 years ago. He says it was his 30th birthday present. After 6 major surgeries, they all but one small spot and removed well over 52 lymph nodes. Here we are 30 years later and he still has to go for regular checkups and scans. He has a scan scheduled soon. After all these years, it is still a very mentally stressful time every time it comes up. I don't know that it's something that will ever be easier. All my love and prayers that everything is just fine with Jess.

I don't care if a channel were to have a billion subscribers or one subscriber, it is NEVER okay to show up at their home without being invited there. Sure, you may feel like you know them, but you don't and they don't know you. Home is supposed to be a comfort and safety, not somewhere that you can't feel safe. I don't care if you think that you have good intentions, it is NEVER acceptable, just don't do it.

I know where a lot of the youtubers I watch live but would never consider just turning up to their place unannounced/uninvited. I watch a lot of farming/homesteading channels and the only reason I look for where they live is to see the property in full and to understand some of the things they show.

I had xray with contrast a few weeks ago and I seem to be one of the lucky one as it felt like sweet, warm chocolate running through my veins. 😅

I’ve had a CT scan once and the dye is awful. I ended up passing out. Poor Jess, I can’t imagine having to do that 5 times in a single year 😢

I’m so glad you said something about the people showing up at your house. If you hadn’t, it may happen again though I can’t imagine people being that dense. You are running a farm, you work long hours, you never take time off. You aren’t running a petting zoo with free time to take people around showing them everything as well as answering their questions. It takes all kinds Sandi, that’s what I tell myself when I meet folks like that. Sending Jess much love and hugs 💕🥰💕🥰💕 some for you too.

Not all CT scans are like that. I just go in for mine and I'm in and out in ten minutes. Don't even need to undress. Sandi, just something you might consider for you and Mark. The low dose chest CT can detect a lot of serious heart problems early. It's a test like mine, not Jess's and it could find a problem before it evolves into something life threatening.

Sandi, I'm great full to you for giving momma the best retirement and ❤ that one could have. 🫂

This is the third story I’ve heard of strangers showing up at UKpostsrs houses unannounced in the last month. People are crazy.

I once drove by a bison ranch, stayed in my car, watched for 10 mins, the bison were in the pasture next to the public state road. I had no intention of approaching the you tube rancher. I hope that I did not un-nerve the rancher. It was awesome to see the bison in person.

I've had ct scans every scan different. But I get the dye but so far no drink I go for a mri tomorrow on my head and spine as I. Have a rare genetic condition called neurofibromatoses type I It causes small tumours Grow on your body. Nerves and sometimes in the brain which can turn C . But I also has scoliosis and a severe kyphosis curve to the spine it's 180 degrees so it's collapsed and compressed my spinal cord and now I'm paralysed from it. I'm 40 in June 6 . To get the idea of the kyphosis it bends out just like the cartoon hunch back 😊😊

Enjoyed the video, Sandi! Thanks! I just wanted to reassure you about the CT scan. All that stuff you were wondering about is normal. The "drink" Jess had to drink is an oral contrast. To hilight the intestines, so as to distinguish them from other structures in the abdomen. The injected dye is to light up, if you will, the blood vessels in the body. It has a high concentration of iodine in it, which will cause it to feel like it's burning. Jess should probably drink more water than normal, just to help flush all that stuff out of her system.

You need like a plastic sled to put the rocks on then drag them over might help with the bigger rocks save rolling them 😊

I just want to say that i think its horrible what you do to your cows too, you have made them all look like sheep. How dare you. LOL. The radiologist determined how we set the injector because that’s their field of expertise. Don’t get me wrong, comfort was always at the precipice in the radiology exam but not at the expense of the diagnostic test.
