I purchased an Id card known as citizen card but then I found out that it’s useless for id purposes, there terms and conditions state no refunds. They say this is because of the cost of having to contact references and validating documents however I have not uploaded any sort of document or reference as I would like to cancel and get a refund, can I use the consumer rights act - 2015 to help me as in their terms and conditions it doesn’t state they are exempt from it and consumer rights regulation - 2013 states that when the consumer has cancelled you then must refund them, will these support my case to argue for a refund?
