Naja, das Schnitzel würde ich schon in Butter backen, das gibt einen viel besseren Geschmack und auch die Farbe der Panier ist nicht so dunkel.

Sehr gutes Video. Genauso muss es gemacht werden. Vor dem Panieren dünn mit wasser einsprühen . Wenn möglich doppelgriffiges Mehl nehmen. Dann wird das Ergebnis noch besser! 👍👍👍😋😋🇩🇪

Ehh it looks ok but... U cooked it on high for 4 minutes each side and them some more in the sauce sounds like that goose is cook i mean pork 😂😂😂 u over cooked the shit out of it my dog wouldn't eat it
