I'm completely cool with the bikes and skateboards but I gotta say. I'm a tech guy no one would leave a laptop at the base of a light-post unless they wanted to give it away. Even I would be curious and I don't steal anything. That's not a fair trap. It's not like it's a phone that you can lose track of. My reasoning says the laptop is a gift and I will never turn down a gift. For some reason bikes and skateboards and cell phones are different. I'm always expecting the bike or skateboard or cell to have an owner. But not a laptop left at the base of a light poll, no one would do that.
