A small correction, while calculating theta ..Instead of 50 mm as the radius of the rolling circle , you should take 25mm . 50mm is the DIAMETER, not the RADIUS.

How are you going to rotate wires? That doesn't make any sense I can understand if the wires are static & the magnet is rotating. Rotating wires sounds stupid to me, how does that even work

Stator is stationary, the wires are moving. Voltage and current are induced with the rule of generator action: conductor, magnetic field(provided by the recently induced stator) and relative motion(some prime mover). Hope this helps a little
