1:34:17 Insane to me that they made such an INCREDIBLE banger for it to barely ever be used. In Rebirth we get a big remix of it, but it's a background track. I think it deserves to be a full cutscene track in part 3 or something - let us meet Stamp in a side quest, please!

These tracks are pure Hamauzu, and "out of place" or not they are phenomenal. I love having Hamauzu's fingerprints on FF7, it gives the remakes personality. As much as I love FF7's soundtrack, Hamauzu improves it with stuff like this. The people complaining sound like boomers.

It's cool how they have the sound of several cultures in the themes throughout the game and they made it work somehow. These two tracks especially are lovely bangers!

I have kind of a soft spot for DR4 cuz of the xmas theme but that game gets so in your face with its musical score when zombies are about. It tries to seem menacing but there's nothing more haunting than seeing Frank's life expire and his body being torn apart while mall music 3 is playing. Fade to silence. Game over.

Chap 9, Collapsed Expressway Song, Cloud and Aerith has been like burned into my mind for eternity. It was one of the MOST relaxing chapters when I played FF7: Remake. It was a long day at work, finally finished at fucking 10:30pm. Hopped on played this Chapter and I felt so relax and happy after. I think for me, Chap 9 is my most memorable.

You can never go wrong with the original mall music from the first Dead Rising. It's an iconic piece of music. But man there's something about Dead Rising 2's mall music that makes me never want to leave the pause screen.

Collapsed Expressway is my favorite track from Remake. Just gives you a sense of dystopian wonder you won't find anywhere else in the world of FF7.
