i've been doing this exercise everyday for the last 2 weeks, although I did skip 2-3 days cause I got lazy. my face looks a lot less puffy, feels less squishy, more firm. my skin also looks a lil better, a lil more glowy. oh and my jawline looks sharper, feels like there's less meat on it. i also find myself doing some of these exercises randomly when I'm doing nothing. comment to remind me to update !

El año pasado fue la primera vez que probé esta rutina y los resultados fueron súper notorios en verdad que me sirvió muchísimo, después quise cambiar a otro tipo de rutina para variar un poco los ejercicios pero aunque he probado algunas no he encontrado ninguna que me de resultados tan buenos como esta. La recomiendo muchísimo para tonificar los músculos del abdomen alto, sin duda en 2 o 3 semanas los resultados se van a notar mucho si son constantes. Ustedes pueden lograrlo! 🫂

I have tried Oppserve and Emme workouts for the legs, arm, belly fat at all works guys and it work and i got slimmer before then i stop because i was so busy and stress so i got fat again.But I'm working on it starting today, I'll reply for the result!! Reminder!! it's better to work out in 5-6am in the morning after waking up guys

Ok i started it cause i looked like a frog anyway this is how it's going: .Day1 i felt just a bit sore but not too bad .Day2 the neck was a bit puffy (probably from day one) and the neck felt a bit sore .Day3 i feel less sore and the puffiness is gone,i actually start to see the effects

Doing this for two weeks to see if it’ll help my face swelling 🙏 (once a day - and I have a very round face with fuller cheeks, a bit of a double chin, and less visible bone structure) Day 1 - dang the tongue rolls and the lateral movements HURT 😭 I didn’t see any differences today but ofc it’s the first time I’m doing it so 😂 Day 2 - I always do the yoga in the evening, helps to do it with cold hands for the massage parts so I just hold some ice before hand. I still don’t see any differences but my face feels stronger if that even happens 😂🙏 Day 3 - Day 4 - Day 5 - (I’ll keep updating it)

Starting today... ° waist : lower belly - 32 : 40 Goal: ° waist : lower belly - 24 : 32 (In inches) While doing this i won't eat any junkfood also no suger intake..will see changes every week... Doing this for 2 weeks💪🏻 Day 1: This exercise is fucking intense, I was literally shaking while doing some of these exercises. I'm not keeping any diet cuz it's already intense so yea. Day 2: okay i died 😭😭 Instead of 45 seconds I'm doing it 30 seconds 😅 45 seconds is very long for me Day 3: will update tomorrow

doing this workout again , for a month everyday with other workouts! ( start button : 1:50 ) - im pretty familiar with this workout since i have been doing it since early 2021. but i stopped doing it around 7 months ago and i want to start it again !! goal to lose : 18-20 lbs by the end of this workout ! day one : it was a little harder today , but hopefully the more i do this the more i improve again !
