I also readily and repeatedly saw the triple gun turrets in this video rather than the twin gun turrets that these two (2) ships (Bismarck and Tirpitz) actually had, the mention of the "tall boy" being 1,200 lbs rather than 12,000 lbs at the end of the video, a short clip of the sinking of HMS Barnham capsizing (if I am correct) and a short clip of a German pocket battleship (Graf Spee). In spite of these documentary errors the video was nevertheless informative and thank you for stating that the crew of the Bismarck scuttled their ship as the British were NOT able to sink her. The narration is awful. The Spitfire and Hurricane won the Battle of Britain before the US entered the war. These critical aircraft hardly get a mention leaving the impression that British aircraft had little or no role in WW2. Outrageous!

Hitler's stupidity was the only reason that the Russians were able to push the Germans back out of Russia. If Hitler had consolidated his forces instead of spreading them out over 1800 mile front, and then driving for Moscow itself directly, that war would have been over in a matter of weeks. Eisenhower had several chances to kill Hitler after D-Day, but chose to let him stumble on making mistake after mistake. Hitler's pride did Germany in on all fronts.
