It’s just the ingredient combination, I think. I tried some other recipes, and the cakes turned out super dry. This one was nice, not dry at all. I think because of melted chocolate, butter & egg, milk combination, it gives enough moisture to the cake. 🙏

I am doing this from February this year. Although the channel is way older. ☺️ I came back from a break and thought to give it a proper go as I have more spare time. Try whipping cream instead! Double cream is the same as whipped cream just a bit richer and more popular here in UK. My main supermarket has only double cream for sale that’s why I mainly use it.
