I have to agree with John Deacon, Queen ended with death of Freddie Mercury just as Beatles would have ended without John or Paul.

John very kindly agreed to a cameo in the Morris Minor and the Majors videos "Stutter Rap (1987) and "This is the Chorus" (1989).

What an embarassment of a "biopic". If you're not even going to bother getting basic facts right, let alone accurately portraying the band members, then what's the point? Ah, silly me, it's money, of course!

Without a doubt my all time favorite Queen song is “Under Pressure”. To this day my car’s radio plays this song all the time when I start my car. I’m now retired and that song got me thru every day for 23 years of my job as it was an extremely pressured profession that to this day is normally held by men. And it was a job I truly loved. Thanks to John Deacon and the other writers it also made my job fun. I fully support John’s decision to walk away from Queen after Freddie’s death as I pretty much did the same at my job. Queen couldn’t and aren’t the same without Freddie and John knew that and I respect John for his decision. Live long and happy John. Warm regards my friend.

This was AI generated, so let’s correct some things. Robert Plant is the greatest frontman of all time. The battle begins for number 2. This is among the greatest shows of all time, LZ Madison Square Garden 1973, AC/DC River Platte, and a lot of Dead shows were better for longer periods of time.

In addition to their GREAT performance, the reason Queen was "So Perfect" at Live Aid: The Audience was a part of the performance.

In no way was he “one of the best bassist of all time”. He was correct. He was an accomplished composer as many of queens greatest hits were his compositions, but he was an apt bassist at best. Great guy!

A little sad for us. Nice to learn he is still profiting from his work with Queen. Nothing wrong with stepping back, allowing others to get the same opportunity he had when he was younger. Mad respect for his work overall. He will always be a part of Queen for me. He has a happy marriage. I hope his children are happy. Life on the road is hard on a relationship. I thought another reason he stepped down was because he wanted more time as his children were growing up. There is honor in that.

Although John Deacon seems to be the most calmest and introverted persona of the band, for me all four members were inteoverted and shy young university students when they started queen alltogether. Each of them put their talents and energy for Queen and they all created Queen discography over the years and left to the world legacy of Queen as the band. I'm appreciating them from bottom of my heart for their legendary songs and energy. Love from Ankara🩵🩵

Tbh I highly respect the dude he was in one of if not THE biggest band of the 70s AND the 80s and after he lost one of his best friends he thought ‘nah I’m done’ and walked away from the industry completely and I genuinely admire him for that

I understand not showing the promiscuity but it should’ve at the very least been referenced more I mean jeez there’s literally an interview where he’s asked ‘do you have any hobbies?’ And he replied ‘yeah a lot of sex’ I honestly think Malek could’ve said that line perfectly and made it just as funny as when Mercury actually said it

The first AIDS cases were in 1981 and not the '60s and '70s, as you said in your video. Also, you said that having AIDS hurt the band's reputation when they didn't announce that Freddie had HIV or AIDS until 2 days before his death. I'm only at 1:30 and you have already gotten two major points incorrect. Closing the video.

Queen's success at Live Aid could be attributed to Freddie Mercury's persona. One time at a party, Freddie met a woman who had no idea who Queen were, so she asked him what instrument did he play. Freddie responded with 'The Audience'! THAT was Freddie Mercury!

When I was a kid I thought live aid was a Queen concert. Only a few years ago did I go on UKposts and find out everyone else was there. I watched the rest of the acts and it’s truly impressive that they were able to steal that show. I’ve never seen anything like it.
