from my experience the main reason people play garou is because he basically covers everything you'd want from a character. need to pick somebody off the ground? use 3 and basically get away with a full combo. enemy holding their block for a bit too long? side dash into 3 or (i forget if it was 1 or 2 that blockbreaks) to catch them off guard and combo them. enemy being a *bit* too offensive? just counter them turn around and then use 3 to combo off of that. what im trying to point out is that everything leads into a combo if you simply react with the correct move.

The only overpowered part about tatsumaki is it's overpowered range, and that's not even mentioning the fact that saitama has a 50-60% unescapable combo, and that's only if you use ragdoll cancel after the normal punch, which if you do use your ragdoll cancel then you're almost always going to die.
