As for your crafting question, im a card maker and I'm pretty good at it, but almost all of my inspiration comes from Pinterest. 🤣 I'm a great copy-er. I've said for a long time that you can learn how to do just about anything from Pinterest and UKposts.

I order a lot of art supplies from TEMU for collage, gel printing, die cutting. I plan my order so that I've got something rigid in the bag that will protect the other elements. With that said, over 25 orders I've had only one damaged piece that was instantly refunded. I ordered a puzzle punch. It was $21 CAD. It's similar in weight to an EK Tools punch BUT it didn't work. Something was wrong with cutting surfaces alighnment. I took a bunch pictures, wrote a detailed description and 10 minutes later I had a full refund and did not have to return it. It's a paper weight. The trick for getting backings off is a weeding tool or a dental pick. Almost all items have a measuring image but sometimes they are not accurate. I won't buy electronics that do not have the ULC or CSA certification. Too much risk of fire. Thanks for taking the time and expense to buy and demonstrate the haul. I really appreciate it!

I just cleaned both of my Roomba’s too. The only thing I didn’t know is that the wheel popped out. I don’t have pets and it’s just me and my husband. I am always amazed at what I find in these things. They are crazy good and worth the money!

I suffer with anxiety and depression as well. I am working on decluttering and deep cleaning the inside of our small house as well as working on the outside. My body tells me all the time I am not as young as I used to be lol. When I watch your videos I fell so encouraged and it helps me to keep moving forward. I bought Temu fabric, although I heard that it wasn't as good quality for quilting cotton. I washed 24 9x7 inch Cotton fabric squares that were bronze printed and in dark colors, including red and blue. I used hot water, a Tide pod, with dye color catchers, and I dried them bone dry on high heat. These were very colorfast (dye color catchers almost clean) and measured the same as before laundering. Before washing the fabric felt rough and stiff. After laundering, the same texture and feel as quilting cotton. The Temu prices for quilting supplies is amazing. I not found any all cotton thread on Temu. The only thing I don't like from Temu, is no directions, for assembly, use, and the bags of merchandise are not marked with what the item is, especially for small items.

Congratulations on your 8 year milestone with UKposts! My ex had started a home business when we were together, and about a year into, someone contacted him because they had the same business name. He changed his business name because the other person had it before him. Somehow, when he applied for his business license, the name was overlooked. I think the hardest part was that he had business cards, flyers, and his van decals already. That was an extra cost he did not expect, but it all worked out. I love your content and encouraging message. I love making things, but I am like you - see something to give me the ideal and research it, then come up with something.

Your encouraging voice and lovely hair and the beautiful blue you favor is what caught my eye and you became my favorite on you tube. Thank you. One of the first things I remember making for my room was with an empty toilet paper roll. I wanted Christmas decorations and that and colored paper made several items for my teenage room with little money. I like you made copies frequently throughout my life. One of my sons does the same thing. I too was a single mother for nearly twenty years raising my children to adults before attempting another union. I’m now a widow sadly but I’m strong and fine with my life, I’m 80 now and still do a lot of copying with a single income again. Here’s to many years for you. I always look forward to watching you and find your ideas so wonderful even if I don’t copy them.

Happy Anniversary! I really enjoy your videos and projects. I too can’t do what I used to do because of chronic pain but I appreciate your philosophy of getting done what you can and giving yourself grace. My craft room has become almost unusable but I’m lucky enough to have a daughter who is willing to help me go through things and we are planning to start that soon. Like you I’ve always enjoyed making things. When I was a kid my favorite gifts were usually kits to make something. Also like you, I’m a person who needs inspiration to get me started on something. The nice thing is that with Pinterest and UKposts there’s lots of inspiration out there. So glad that your Dad is doing better and that you’re now happily married and things in general are going better for you. I know you were having a rough time. There’s something so special about seeing a person who has struggled get back to having things work out again. Best wishes for the next 8 years and hopefully we can go along for the ride!

I do not create from scratch either. I take an idea and add to it or make changes. It took me awhile to be ok with this because my husband and one daughter come up with ideas on their own.... Make something from nothing so I didn't think I was creative
