First and foremost, men should be allowed to have feelings. We are not rocks and we will never be those emotionless lumps the society wants us to be. "Men don´t cry" is a BS, that will never ever work. If a woman cries in public, EVERYONE will go and try to support her, no matter the situation and whether she´ll deserve it or not. If a man will cry in public, he will be judged - harshly - and nobody will bother supporting him. I was a crybaby during my childhood - i cried a lot. Constant shaming from peers and abuse from my grandfather each time i cried resulted in me being physically unable to cry. Even if i want to, i can´t. At most, my eyes will get wet - and that´s it - and the only thought in my head at that moment is: "Oh no! Somebody will see me!". Society is broken. Perfectly repairable tho. We should stop focusing on dividing ourselves into men and women and just BE HUMANS. As to why women struggle looking for partners, don´t look at wage or whether he lives with parents. It´s currently being constantly harder for someone to sustain themselves, if they´re single. Hollywood is not helpful either. Each new movie shows us toxically masculine women, who somehow have the physical power of men (except superheroines, who are ofc stronger) despite of their physical weight of 50kg and can defeat 2x or 3x heavier men with just their punches. Women should rely on their strengths (which is rarely a physical force) and not act as men. Relying on your strengths and not being able to defeat other sex on equal terms is not a sign of weakness, but wisdom.

The problem of both parties lies in the fact that they and we feel victimized, and as such, believe are obligated to chastise the other for being responsible, when it is not entirely clear who we are blaming (is it men in general, is it your mom who abused you, is it the man who assaulted you?) It is our sense of judgment that blinds us because we want to seek justice, and because we can only experience our own misfortunes as individuals, it becomes hard to empathize with others who you otherwise would've if not for whom their disdain is toward. This all starts because we pointed fingers in the first place and make disingenuous judgments and assumptions.
