This load board does nothing to enhance being an O/O.

So basically they “ Baby” you into training then when you start you’ll go into the REAL world the training they showed you is only 10% then to top it off you’ll get a shitty schedule when you’re working damn near every day. Cause they say they do hometime but in reality they REALLY want you in the truck damn near everyday and not have a life.

You not really elaborated that much on the pay rate , Remember we not getting paid on MT miles , i feel like our net gross will be lower, cause these load are already set up or negotiated and Swift might already got it part of it that we don’t know the initial pay for that specific load. So i would like to hear more on the pay rate just for those reasons. Thanks
