In my experience it’s more like leaving my phone charging over night. I don’t worry about it being overcharged.

I would go for the highest number because I think it is the latest, that means MG7950. And price wise they are pretty similar as well.

I think 7000 series looks very similar to 5000 series, perhaps the same mechanism for nose trimmer. So if you didn't like the 5000, it could be the same experience for you with 7000. For me it worked alright.

Thanks for your question. I reached out to the company and here is their answer “It does not have an expiration date however, it does have a shelf life of three years from the manufactured date. We can identify when it was manufactured based on the lot number. It will start with the letter “Z”, the following two numbers indicate the year it was made, and the very next letter corresponds with the month. (Z20J234 would indicate it was manufactured in October 2020.)”

4K 24fps would be best

So for instagram reels for dynamic, movement-rich videos, I would select 1080p at 60 fps. If not so dynamic, then 1080p at 30 fps. No need for 4K, because instagram is mostly for mobile phones. And mobile phones, majority don't have 4K displays. So use 1080p only = save space, process faster.
