Guys. Save yourselves lots of money and get into kart racing. Real karts like a KA100 or ROK 30 on a eal outdoor race track. You will save soooo much money and the racing is really exciting. Its super aggressive and visceral.

My opinion: 328i better as a project car bc m3's in states were pretty similar to 328i's. However if u building building a car might as well spend a lil more to have a more special foundation so u not blowing racks on a shit box. In conclusion i have a 323is and a 328i which i dont regret bc the fact they werent M3's allowed me to learn lots on em n not feel bad for modifying em to the extent i did.

I 100% recommend taking the Secondary (ASC) butterfly out right next to the throttle body. noticeable pedal response n noise.

Front strut bar is a need, I have the 996 brakes on my 328i hyped for the e brake thing been chalking the wheels for too long. Transmission bracket where your new trans mounts are you can get those in steel, I believe rallyroad has those. There is also a strengthening plate for the rear diff cover because those are brittle, I have broken one.

The e36 is phenomenal. Although it may be underpowered by today’s standards it is fantastic to drive and practically has telekinetic steering. Making it lighter is the only way to make the car faster in ever direction. I definitely prefer it to the subaru
