I know this is an older video but some comments: yes, it's a difficult problem but GoPro solve it in camera, so do Sony with much better IBIS in more recent bodies. The minimum wage in BRICS countries is so low due to government corruption, money disappears into the pockets of officials. Each member country is at the top of the most corrupt countries in the world, the money is not distributed fairly. Also the disparity in wages is due to living costs. Most BRICS countries are in economic turmoil, even China's problems are becoming more apparent. We are about to face an economic worldwide crisis mainly due to US debt & Putin's actions; mass migration & the war. Russia will not be allowed to control Ukraine's exports, this has backfired as Putin has lost his main importers & caused a monetary crash in Russia. There should be a new concept in which no currency is used as the base measure. The concept of BRICS was proposed a long time ago but it seems no closer to being a reality today. Precious metals is not practical due to the huge diversity of manufacturing that creates profit. I think the best way to make BRICS currency works will be partially backed by Gold, and other commodities like silver and oil. Lets call it a Bricks‘ Gold Coin/ BGC. At the same time, created a loan from New Development bank based on these 5 countries GDP multiply by 10 years, (with a market related interests), these 5 national currency serves as a Fed Bond, and its tradible and exchangable.
