Regenerative... I came across an interesting concept today…regenerative permaculture agroforestry. Using different species of trees to feed, and store tree hay for ruminants. Another way to grow food for your livestock while enhancing your forest - hope you find the idea useful.

I would love to come to your country, but my husband was born and brought up in the northern UK and can remember the snow and now living in Australia doesn't like the snow. The hair rinse sounds interesting :). Another vlog I follow (Fairyland Cottage), she uses chickpea flour and water to wash her hair and I think she rinses with aloe vera. If your interested you can google washing hair with chickpea flour and her link comes up. In Lower Austria it was 25°C today, and tomorrow it will be 28! It's crazy.

We buy a lot of meat from a local farm that are Krav certified and the quality of the minced meat is just outstanding. The price is higher than in the local ICA but the taste, structure and the total quality feeling is much better and the best is that what we pay for the meat goes to the farmer that put all the work into the great product. We have our own hens so eggs are so local they can bee from totally free range hens and we grow our own potatoes and have a nicely sized poly tunnel for tomatoes, cucumbers and more. We live just outside Stockholm in the countryside and it is a blessing to be able to grow food and to buy locally fresh and high quality food. Just love to see all your progress at Tallåsbuan.
