I hate looking at the remaster, it sucks because if I want to play the dlc, I will have to buy a worse looking version of the game I already have. Come on Ubisoft, why did you have to close down the servers, or at least have a way to buy the doc for the original.

The downgraded because of the Consoles back then! Since it came on PS4 it couldn't display graphics like that, PC could easily display it. And that will never change, no matter which console generation comes, there will always be a downgrade because there is no console with such a graphics shaft, which is why UBISOFT should consider releasing games on PC first instead of on console! and if it runs great on PC, they can always optimize it on console

It's crazy how massive the jumps in quality are between these three games

I played the 1602 for a long time with demo version. It keep crashing at certain point to prevent you from playing further but Quicksave is a thing until I conquered all the islands :DDD Now keep playing 1404 with another name, Dawn of Discovery and I'm happy with it. Not gonna buy 1800 with all of the Ubisoft thing happening rn

1404 and 1800 is the only time in my opinion for modern pcs and the modern era of gamers and gaming where they trully nailed it. firstly with 1404 and its unique graphics and soundtracks, and than with 1800 whitch removed army combat but added several continents, more exploration and building. two master pieces in my opinion.

i have 16 gb ram , directx 12 ,windows 10pro but i have only intel hd graphics 4600 can i play ark in medium settings

I don't see any difference to be honest. Both consoles have some frame drops and the resolution is same.

PS3 was ahead of its time. Released 2006 and could run games like DAI, The last of us, Metal Gear 5 etc, with hdmi connector on full HD 1080pi monitors. Barely who had full HD back then, 720pi was standard.

Going back to this since the PS5 and Series X upgrade you can definitely tell there’s a difference between base PS4 and PS4 Pro. Really not much difference if you compare PS4 Pro and PS5.

In my opinion, 4K Ultra High resolution packs only makes real sense when you are going to play on an insanely big screen... BUT, if you can spare the Gigs AND it doesn't impact your FPS at all, I say go for it... Cheers!
