This methods don’t work for me I have bloated looking stomach eating super clean and almost no bread, low carb, no sugar. The only thing i am missing it’s SLEEP 😴 🤔 maybe if I could have enough of quality sleep possibly it could work……

Hey yall these are my results😽 Day 1: it was really hard and my LEGS WERE ACHING I couldn’t EVEN WALK😭 Day 2: it was wayy more easier today and I feel very energergetic drank lots of water too! Okay guys, I'm FINALLY trying this workout. I've done shirlyn's workouts in the past before and lost abt 10lbs in abt a month (with no dieting). Now i'm going to do this workout about once or twice in the morning, and then stretching at night. My diet will include taking out soda, including more kambocha, eating more greens and veggies, etc. Day one is going to be tomorrow. Wish me luck! Day 1 (5/6):

For anyone looking for a body transformation try her 11 line abs challenge!! I´m on day 5 and already went down 2 inches in my waist and also 1 kg in weight, I have tried so many workout (none have given me my ideal body, even tried the le sserafim for two weeks) and can honestly say even though I feel like I´m doing nothing with these workouts the results are amazing and I haven´t changed my diet at all. Honestly wow!! I´ve been doing the 15 day 11 line abs challenge and have been amazed by the results. My waist went down from 27 inches to 25.5 inches and I´m barely on day 5 and I´ve also lost 1kg which amazes me!!

Lets try to do this workout!(journey) 1st day(yesterday):It was exhausting but i finished it and felt tired and great at the same time 2nd day(today):A HUGE muscle pain but I still did it because ill feel better if I do the workout again.Ofc it was also exhausting but a little bit less.But it still felt refreshing.We'll see how it'll be tomorrow!
