Just one building, though....not like those Those apartments look early 1970s...to me, anyway. Is that place near Flealand? I appreciate you sharing this my granny's house was (no longer )right down where RX dr**S store use to be at, if you go down Shepard st you would drive right to her house it is like a T you can only go left or right and all my family use to live around that same area.that was the only drugstore back in the day but we grew up in the Sawmill Hollor around the corner I miss that place so much and was recently trying to come back to visit an family I have there. That town with others like it coal min towns have suffered so much

Looks like they're trying to put up new drywall inside. That may be due to mold. If they fix it and fill it up with immigrants; it'll look like this all over again, next time. I don't believe they have a lot of 'projects' down in your neck of the woods. Otherwise, I could see it being in this shape. If you fill it with 'low income', it usually creates new issues, such as increased crime, etc. This will lower other real estate values in the area. Good luck.
