I swear, every single time with every single TV every single one of my sims had always started up in the Halls of History channel if it had it. That or the Romantic Rendezvous channel.

Starting at 5:58 is on sims Freeplay/mobile and is the only TV channel but it's just photos with this audio which is why my Sims in that one don't own a TV due to it being annoying, this is why I play Sims 4 with full Movie/TV show mods for my Sims to watch 😭
