The pet drops from either Sapphyra's Tower or the Caretaker's Tower. I don't remember which one exactly. Those two dungeons are in Old Town on the left as you are going towards Firecat Alley. The pet is not a possible drop. It WILL drop for anyone that has not already completed the dungeon.
