Planes used to have that camera feature back int he 80's. Forgive me if this is a downer - American Airlines flight 191 (back in 1979 at Chicago Ohare) had this same type of camera on the tail. Sadly, one of the engines had fallen off as the plane was lifting off the ground (repair crews had damaged the fastening bolts due to improper removal of the engine with a forklift). The plane did not make it very far, and had a devastating crash. Passengers watching the video could see the terror that was about to happen as the plane hit a nearby hanger. I believe that is when they stopped putting cameras on the tail section for passengers to watch.

Sorry, but you are so wrong! In this shown triple-point cell, the three phases are brought into balance. The triple point temperature and the triple point pressure are kept over a longer period of time, even with slow heat input from the environment, and all phase transitions of the water take place, only the quantitative ratio of the phases is shifted by melting, freezing, evaporation, condensation or sublimation processes. The boiling point of water at a pressure of 6 mbar is 0.01°C(=32,018°F) - and this is exactly the triple point. That's why the water "boils" here... Where else do you think the rapidly growing bubbles come from?
