Turmeric is a source of antioxidants. 4 eggs. 200 grams of sour cream or yogurt. When the milk in the glass is well heated, add the egg mixture. Mix well. Let cook for at least 15 minutes. Prepare a cup and a strainer. Turn off the stove and let cool for 20 minutes. Transfer the cheese mixture. Leave it under weight overnight. Our cheese is ready.
