I’ve had way too many cheat days when it comes to my diet. But thanks to your videos i went from 80 to 70kg in 4,5 month. And thats with only 10 minutes a day, every day.

@@suciamelia2161 when i started out i only did one video a day, now i’m 65 kg and one is not enough to see progress, so i do like 3/4 videos and i include muscle training

My biggest motivation is your yt short where you compare yourself to 3 years before where even tho you physically looked fit, the amount of positivity your current self propagates reaches me through the screen. Surprisingly intense for only being 10 minutes, perfect when you don’t have a ton of time to workout! And the no repeats are always appreciated, I go harder on those knowing I won’t have to do an exercise more than once lol

I liked this one a lot! Especially the mountain climber variations. I modified one and did a bear crawl instead. I forgot about some of these exercises! It help to has quad engagement that isn’t a squat or lunge
