@@blue_satin_sashes there are many differences between every guitars... to make it short, you should buy a guitar based on what you want to play, so you can get the sound you wish and need. For example, it's useless for a pop guitarist to have a guitar that has feauture to play metal ahah. Then, if we talk about electric guitars the most important things are pickup, number of strings, type of bridge and fretboard, and the list goes on... the same goes for every feauture on the acoustics (such as wood or resonance and many more) Long story short, every guitar has a unique conbination of feature and he probably has a guitar for literally every situation. I personally think that 40 guitars are too many, I think that we the right ones you can find the sound you wish without busting the bank, but if he is happy i don't have anything to say!
