Patrick restored my faith in the game as a whole. He is a true "original". God tossed the mold after Patrick. He's a blessed man and he more importantly recognizes that fact and is "grateful". I watched Patrick play at Texas Tech and was amazed at what an amazing athlete he was but even more what an amazing young man he was! I got to meet him and he was so gracious and humble, you would never know that he was a big deal as I’m sure his family kept him very grounded. I don’t watch a lot of pro football because of all the political garbage but I always try to watch KC because I respect this young man greatly! His parents sure raised him right!

Although he lost the SB the previous day, there's absolutely no question that Patrick Mahomes will be back to make more NFL history in his career. He's only at the beginning, whereas Tom Brady is nearing the end, and the latter has garnered so many records and milestones (including winning more SB's than the Steelers, 49'ers, Cowboys, and, yes, his old Patriots team). So Mahomes, barring a career-threatening injury, can only go up from here. I wish Patrick well in football and in life. Class act.

I love him!! He is absolutely amazing. I knew his Dad was a baseball player but didn't know Patrick excelled so much in other sports. My jaw dropped when you mentioned the baseball stats, but I laughed when you mentioned basketball....how can there be that much athleticism in one person?!! They're awesome to watch, can't help but be a fan--he isn't arrogant and do things that make people want to hate on him as some other QB's, how can you not love him?! Great video, thanks for sharing. He excells in anything he does because he can think fast and react fast and has tremendous co-ordination. He even talks fast. because he thinks fast, and he is a person who is fast to let you know he respects you, whether its a team mate, opponent, or a fan. We love him because he is always real, honest, yet humble. Its super bowl time again, he and the Chiefs are winners, no matter the score.

After watching mahomes play for the first time in his debut game in the N.F.L. I WAS HOOKED!! I knew and told all my friends to watch out for this young man out of TX. They did not believe me... It's so sad that you everything you see in life is racist. The word is watered-down that it will eventually be inert. Numbers are facts and don't lie, children raised in a nuclear family with a strong and active father are way less likely to have problems in their adult life: crime, depression, divorce incapable of managomy...Since you brought up race, as it never entered my mind when I made the comment about the possibility that "he probably had an active and strong father in his life." I didn't know until I looked it up on Google that his Father is black and a former MLB player.
