To all the negative haters, losing weight is not the only part of the journey. People who lose that much weight will also need skin removal surgeries once their weight falls below certain thresholds. Tammy should be commended for her courage and commitment after years of resisting change. She truly is inspirational.

Idk what the point of being so nasty to another human being who’s done absolutely nothing to you. When you’re putting others down, you’ll get a feeling of being better, worth more but there’s a bad undertone to the way you’re getting this gratification. Hear me out, I want you to try this for one week. Every time you’re going to write something nasty or say something awful to someone, do the exact opposite. Comment or tell them something to make their day, even if it’s something as simple as saying their hair looks really good today, really flattering and healthy looking or whaaa what an accomplishment, you must feel fantastic! Your skin has this new glow to it, Good for you. Seeing or knowing you’ve made someone’s day is such a beautiful feeling inside. Having her glance at her reflection in a window to check out her hair and then has a bounce in her step with a bigger smile because she’s feeling pretty will fill you with something you’ve never felt before. Those remarks or looks of disgust give you a low energy vibration but the way you uplift someone will give you a high vibration and attract the same and you also will be on top of the world in a deep rooted inner happiness. Eventually all your low energy friends will start to wean off leaving you with a new outlook on life and a full heart. You can do it, it’s hard to explain but you’re literally able to do anything humanly possible and some just by training your brain into sticking with the new thought process.

You watch, shes going to end up being blessed with a beautiful figure and her face shining bright!! Ive watched it happen to big girl in school who always got picked on. She was literally 500 lbs in a wheelchair due to not being able to walk easily. 32 years old now and she is wearing 2 piece bathing suits with every guy wanting her now❤

I’m gonna be honest- I know yall are saying it’s the excess skin, but the reason she looks different is the way it’s deposited on her body, as well as her physical attributes are abnormal compared to most weight loss journeys. She must have done it too fast with Ozempic or has some form of physical condition after all those years of having excess weight.
