I really love that your workout routines don't repeat. It's one of the reasons that I keep coming back to your channel after all these years. I like not knowing which exercise is next and I like knowing that I will not have to do an exercise more than once. I feel that it keeps my mind focused and engaged. This has got to be my favorite tabata workout! This morning, I was feeling stiff and unmotivated, so I decided to stretch and try out a new workout. Post workout, I felt so accomplished and happy! This was killer, but it gave me more energy afterwards! 💪 Great job to team grow for completing this workout, and have fun to someone about to! It was so much fun!

I almost skipped the workout today, but then I found this, added a bit of warmup and then felt like doing some abs after this, so I ended up with quite a lot thanks to this "it's 12 minutes, I can't be so lazy that I can't cope with 12 minutes" :D

Let’s be real and title this workout a little better. This is a LEG workout, not just a 12 min Tabata! I kept waiting for other body areas but no…legs, legs , legs. I crushed it, and enjoyed, but wanted more full body based on the title. Kepp up the great work.
