Jea, because online for some reason gives them BIG BUCKS! Much bigger than just one time pay story dlc. Last year just 42% of total franchise sales was the game(offline story) copies.. the rest - 58% is 'online' revenue from digital unexisting things and in game cash in online play... so yeah..... But I dont get it how ppl like the online mode it is full of glitches, loading times like im on some 5400rpm HDD from 2005, toxic community and cheaters! I have tried and tried many times the online play, but i just hate it as the gaming experience is super awful if you are playing alone!

The Trevor one looked to be so fun, we would've gotten more info on his personality, the Franklin one we would've seen how Franklin feels, and how he is alone with nowhere to go or no one to love. With the Michael one we would've seen how he proves that he loves his family and will protect them at all costs. Wish they got added

He says it during the casino heist, dressed as Sechs Gruppe, in the way to the casino Lester mention doing a heist before the same way (jewelry store from GTA V) and that it bring back memories -"It's like taking your kids to school the first day. I don't have kids though, just a pretty basic AI that swears at me in russian. You know, we all love in our way" It would be amazing and pretty cool to have a Doomsday Heist II DLC

Regarding fact 6, I have an explanation. The game limits the amount of dynamic iteams per player. If two players are in the same rendering area, twice as many items can be made dynamic.

For number 5, I have a Crack theory. Lester took the Drive containing Clifford to use for his own gains. Given how he said "He'll be back" and "They didn't find any trace of Clifford" makes me think he took the drive before the authorities could.

That ditched Franklin Story about the Aliens literally just answered every question anyone had about the Chilliad Mystery. The Egg was Chilliad, and the UFO was the aliens inside, and the Jetpack was probably the reward, but it was all scrapped.

Fun fact: rockstar removed potshot because it was the highest paying mission in the game, payed about 25k for 5-10 minutes work, at the time it was one of the fastest ways to get money since it was before heists

Come back here today, and I guess Lester was (kinda) right! Clifford (or a lesser version of him) was apparently responsible for the gas prices going up across San Andreas, with the Duggans starting the whole thing. Kinda a shame we don’t get to hear him one last time during the final ULP mission

I'm guessing the reason Franklin's climbing animation was cut is because they realized it implies to the player that there are climbable surfaces in the world, which is something Rockstar clearly never wanted to implement across the whole map.

Useless fact: A lot of the arena war props specifically the Apocalypse set are actually apocalyptic themed variants of existing buildings and props from around the map. Likely related to a cut zombie DLC Involving Micheal surviving and protecting his family

15:00 this happened to me some mouths ago, i was with a other player when this happened and he was disconnected and his character turn on a animal-npc for some reason, after some minutes playing with these glitches the game automatically spawned me as Michael near to this special garage in story mode

5:33 I think I have an idea why. When games are connected online, they're having to communicate a ton of coordinates. Every individual object has to have it's coordinates double-checked between each player and the server, or in P2P between the players. Perhaps there's some issue with these "locked down" objects and the netcode that makes them buggier if they can't move when those communications are done, so they move if they need to.

a stationary object wouldnt need its co-ordinates checked, it never moves so it never changes. the real reason is that there is a limited amount of objects that can be dynamic per player in the vicinity to reduce stress on the servers.

@@axis9038 Anything that _can_ move is checked, however, even if it isn't currently moving. And the obsession with physics objects adds a lot of those. When you start spawning new physics objects to represent damage, or connect multiple physics objects together, well, ever play Gmod? It moving like that would be impossible if it wasn't designed as a physics object, so by the evidence provided we must conclude it's a physics object they coded to be locked down.

the change in 15:53 was probably added so new players learn how to climb (obviously, first time you climb is in the "Franklin And Lamar" mission but this is also one of the first missions so it should teach new players what you can do in the game and how). Rockstar also probably didn't want to teach new players something useless as it is not possible in the free mode. After all, the first missions are for learning how the game works and not spreading too much false information by showing you something you can't do. I know you can't actually destroy a house and it's really unrealistic when Franklin jumps on the Micheal's boat, but these are the things you actually don't do. The only thing you need to do is drive with the rope already tied to the Madrazo's house and get close to the boat. It doesn't teach you things you can't do in the free mode. I just wanna say that this is not confirmed info from Rockstar, maybe they changed it for different reasons. This is just my theory and I think it is pretty accurate. If you disagree, please respond to this comment, I'm really curious about other's theories about this :)

6:05 not only have I seen that rainbow texture about probably 10 times now, the normal drop-down menu when you press down on the d-pad to see all players has their faces replaced with that texture or a similar texture sometimes

When you take too many pictures in the casino, you will be thrown out by security. This is already in one of the useless information videos. However, when your character gets thrown and hits the floor, he’ll go “ah.” This is the only voice your online character makes, if I’m not mistaken.

Lester ended up being right. Spoilers below: Operation Paper Trail from the recent update brings us right back to Clifford and how it nearly came back to life through the greed of the FIB and Duggans. But through the efforts of the IAA and the player, we manage to stop them for the time being. Really cool story they have been writing here for GTAO.

Useless fact: sometimes in resupply missions when enemies are given a gun in the pistol class, they get a flare gun instead of a normal gun. They still behave as if they had a normal gun though.

Those story mode dlcs seemed like a lot of fun. Definitely not canon, but a wacky spin on characters. The Trevor and micheal ones seemed super fun, and the Micheal dlc seemed very similar to Undead Nightmare

I remember doing the Sasquatch vs. Wolfman Easter egg, and it was dreadful! I remember spending hours upon after hours trying to find the wolfman then fighting him only to lose. Spawning vehicles and guns never worked for me, they always despawned him and I had to run around and find him again. Awful Easter egg, absolutely awful.

I cannot believe that the beast Easter egg is real, I honestly thought you were making it up, I was thinking “Wow, he even put a fake GTA Series Videos watermark, lmaooo” and I thought you’d done everything with cheats to create the scene, then I looked it up and found out it’s genuinely a real thing. Some of you probably already know this but, you can outrun the police on foot if you time melee hits on fleeing civilians just right. Your character targeting an NPC with a melee weapon (I've got it to work best with a hammer) will slide toward them faster than sprinting speed to catch them in an execution.

I think it’ll be like RDR2 in terms of map size, visuals, NPC interaction mechanics, etc. Which isn’t a bad thing, because RDR2 was such an insanely detailed game, so if we can get a RDR2 quality game set in vice city, that’s still going to be a damn good game hahaha

Fact: Apparently the timeline of Gta Online is currently located in 2020 due to the business battle that involves parts of a UFO as well as the poster with an alien and the date 2020 written on the poster, said poster is near the trailer of Omega where you have to deliver the piece of the ship.

GTA online took place in spring/summer of 2013, until the gunrunning update in 2017 changed it to current day, and all the updates following this take place around the time they were released in real life.

The glitch shown at 14:53 has happened to one of my brother’s friend. When attacked in the online session, the character in story mode would be affected. Like being punched or being shot by the up-an-atomizer would cause the character to go flying or just be punched by a ghost. No idea how that works but I thought it was funny

Sane glitch happened to me, it showed my friend was still in the game even though I was the only one in the session, animals were running around and I killed a deer and it stopped snacks, and the car carrying trailer also appeared, then when I was just about to get in the bunker my game crashed on me. I was so sad and didn’t know what happened

The FIB frogger is actually used in singleplayer, it's the base texture for trevors helicopter, he just has his name and something more painted on it with orange paint

@@blackspace473 On PS3 me and my friends had a little game with the train. 2 people stand on top of the train and defend it from 2 people on the attack who had to stop it. Attackers could throw all they had at it. Defenders could only stay on the train with whatever weapons they had. So simple yet so fun. I quit GTA Online back in 2018, but the memories it gave me were some of the best I've had in an online game.

Okay, so! Clifford coming back meant the new Criminal Mastermind update that happened on 2022.07.26. :) ULP missions, where the finale takes part, at the Doomsday Base. You have to restore the electricity, while destroying Avon’s humane robots. Then, you have to hack 4 servers, and when you’re done with two of them, you’ll be attacked by Avon’s humane robots. It’s not that hard to finish this mission, but it sure gives you a sweat. :)

14:55 happened to me about a year ago. I spent a good 2 hours messing around, hunting mountain lions and shooting down npc planes. My session never crashed, but I ended it by taking a screen recording of my online character getting eaten by a shark at the boundary of the ocean. Funny as hell

About the mysterious disappearance of Clifford, he's actually sort of come back in a way in some of the new Missions in Online added just days ago at the time of posting this, the Paper Trail Missions with Agent ULP. You explore the old Facility that you raid at the end of the Doomsday heist and as you're exploring in the dark, you can find some of the Juggernauts that you encountered as part of the Doomsday heist. They're all dormant and don't attack you, even if you shoot them and/or make noise, until you get around to doing what you went there for, which was to hack the servers. At that point they spring back to life and start attacking you, but thankfully it's just them and not more enemies. They can be pretty tough to take out if you don't have a Minigun, but thankfully the dormant ones you find will drop their Miniguns when you kill them, and the Minigun does share ammo with the Widowmaker.
