The popular dish of Japanese cuisine is udon noodles with chicken in teriyaki sauce. Cook the famous noodles at home, as if in Japanese restaurant, in just 25 minutes.

Ingredients:
• chicken breast - 400 g
• udon noodles - 200 g
• bell pepper - 120 g
• carrot - 70 g
• bulb onion - 70 g
• garlic - 10 g
• ginger - 20 g
• chili pepper - to taste
• green onion - 15 g
• vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
• soy sauce - 50 g
• teriyaki sauce - 120 g (recipe at www.vsegdavkusno.ru/recipes/s...)
• salt - to taste
• ground black pepper - 1 tsp
• toasted sesame seeds - 1 tsp
You will need:
• pan with lid
• stockpot
• carving board
Preparation:
1. Chop up the ginger.
2. Cut the chicken into not big strips, salt lightly and pepper (1/2 tsp of each) - this makes chicken taste richer.
3. Heat the pan well, add the oil and fry the ginger over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the chicken and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden brown stirring occasionally.
5. Chop up the onion.
6. Add into the pan and fry with the chicken over medium heat for 2 minutes.
7. Cut the carrot into thin long strips, add into the pan and fry all the stuff for two minutes more.
8. Heat water in the stockpot, salt it and boil the udon noodles acc. package instructions.
9. Cut the bell pepper into lengthwise strips, put in the pan and fry for a minute.
10. Add the chopped up garlic and red chili pepper into the pan and stir.
11. Add the soy and teriyaki sauces into the pan, stir.
12. Salt and pepper the stuff, add some water, stir, cover with the lid and simmer for a minute.
13. Drain the noodles and wash with cold water.
14. Lay the noodles into the pan, stir well, cover with the lid and keep simmering for 1-2 minutes over low heat.
15. Switch off the stove. Add some large-cut green onion and stir. The udon noodles with the chicken and vegetables is ready!
