Also, the story lacks any part about them calling the cops to get the guy either behind bars or into a padded cell. I'm pretty sure that there is no place where that is legal even if they were on his property. Even stand-your-ground laws only apply if you can reasonably assume that you are in danger. A couple of kids taking pictures is no justification.

Florida is the best place in the USA imo. Lived there for over a decade, moving back in a couple months, and I'm so excited. Edit: It does get pretty expensive with the wear and tear on all of your shit from humidity, rain, sun, and heat tho.

"The fuse box is cut." Gets a call on the landline. "We call the cops, I don't know why we didn't already." Maybe you didn't call because the box was cut which means you shouldn't have been able to receive the threatening call.🤔

@@whispersins7356 Well, not quite. It still needs electricity, but traditional phone lines (not those VOIP ones) are powered. Older phones get all the power they need through the phone line, and that usually keeps working even if the regular power goes out. You could, in theory, even use that electricity to power other stuff (there are even DIY videos/instructions on the net on getting it to charge your cellphone), though some countries have laws about that sort of thing.

I began listening to these narrated stories only a few weeks ago, and eventually came across yours, Corpse Husband. I've stopped listening to the few other narrators I discovered before finding your channel- great work, man! Going through your "back-catalogue"- very enjoyable. Also, some of the pictures you use in the videos has me cursing, closing my eyes and scrolling down; well played. On the side: after being scared faeces-less, I always feel a wave of relief come over me when the closing music plays in the last minute of each video; it feels sort of comforting after all the terror that's experienced. Anyone else feel the same way?

I love the scary stories but I absolutely hate the unnecessary phrase cliches. 1:47 "What happens next is absolutely indescribable"... *Proceeds to describe it* Not corpses fault but the writer's.
