Pekka in chinese is “皮卡超人” the “皮卡” has the pronunciation if "Pi Ka" which almost sounds like "Pekka". In translation the word “皮” means skin and “卡” is card, so the translation technically makes sense. For the "超人“ part it actually means superhuman in english. But in pop culture superman is often called 超人 . So thats why the translation sounds weird. :)
