Hey man quick question! I’m building a Redcat Rds kit and have a spare traxxas Tqi radio and receiver. Would this be an ok option to use? I’m new to the RC drift scene but have been watching your videos! They are great! I also am considering the Futaba 3pv. Not sure I wana spend any more than that on a radio.

Hi there! That Traxxas radio will really limit you. The MAIN reason is you want to be able to control the gyro gain from your controller. The Traxxas radio will not let you do that. We custom built it. Found some files online - modified other files we found - created some new. I do plan to make a video showing the full build so others can copy it.
