PS: The end bit about people being beat or shot in clown costumes / the police not taking things lightly is referring to the people who PURPOSELY mess with others while in costume and threaten people. If you want to dress up as a clown this Halloween, feel free to. If you dress up as one and walk around BEFORE Halloween, you'll probably get stopped a ton by cops, but nothing serious as long as you aren't doing anything wrong or being stupid.

Police all across the country have been saying to NOT wear clown costumes for halloween. Not only will police stop you but I know for a fact that citizens will attack you. Me being one of them. A clown comes up to me I'm pepper spraying them.

Little late to the party here, however this reminds me of the last major clown incident that came up during that time. A pregnant woman ended up so scared by one of these pranks she had a miscarriage and he was charged with manslaughter. A lot of the pranks died down after that at least in my area.

Okay, so about two weeks ago, my little cousin, 13 and in middle school, was walking over this bridge so that I could pick her up when she got out of school. Her middle school is right next to an orchard, which is something she needs to pass by to get over the bridge. Basically, she had seen some kids run past her, screaming, so she began to run, being smart and not a curious dumb girl and also being a sprinter in track. When she got half-way over the bridge, she looked back and saw that a creepy clown walk out of the orchard and hop the fence before it started to run towards the bridge where she was. Then she turned and booked it to my car. We live in a decent sized town in California, but it's no where near big enough to expect something like this. So this year for Halloween, when I go out with my cousins, I'm gonna be a ninja unicorn (one of those scary unicorn masks too) that way I can have an excuse to carry my katana around just in case. It's not illegal where I am, so long as it's concealed, so why not. So long as my cousins feel safe going out this year from these creepy clown bastards.

I suggest carrying a small weapon, like a pocket knife, collapsable baton, pepper spray, mace, or knuckle dusters (brass knuckles). Given the fact that you live in Houston, there would be plenty of stores that carry these.

My school was one of the schools that was threatened by clowns on social media around the North Carolina area. The school had more officers on campus. The clowns were actually just students from our rival high school. Those kids are being charged as adults with threats of assault. This is no joke.

I remember being chased down by a clown in a really old car 3 years ago, the thing's face was melted and it had realistic blood splotches on its clothes. Luckily I was with my mom at the time so I alerted her and she drove into a forest and fought him off. God I love her

I live on the Georgia South Carolina line and we've had clown sightings. I really wouldn't recommend doing this around here because it's normal to see people walking around strapped up. Who knows how many people are carrying concealed. I'll be shocked if a clown isn't shot this Halloween.

I don't know if you revisit old comments, Corpse me bro, but I have a condition quite similar (outwardly) to yours. I have trigeminal neuralgia on the left side, which often gives me: headaches, ocular migraines, facial weakness/numbness/pain, ear pain, migraines, etc. Most of the time it acts up, I just close my left eye and barrel through the pain. I love what you do, and I love that you're bringing awareness to the face hurt cause! I shouldn't have to feel like a lesser human when I have only one actually working eye, and neither should you! 🤗

I was in 6th grade when this was going around- and my friend had come over to my house one night. We decided to go out around 10 pm to go to the gas station just down the road. We made it there and bought a couple of milkshakes, and snacks for the rest of the night. On our way back, we went off of the main road to enter the house from the side, because it was quicker. As we came up to the intersection where the house was, my friend stops dead in her tracks, and grabs my arm. She says that she can see someone wearing white overalls with polka dots, and a large wig. Thinking she was joking around to scare me (as friends do), I peer into the light of the streetlight, where into view steps a tall figure. We didn’t stick around long enough to see his face. As soon as we saw the polka dots, we bolted in the opposite direction, and turned up the main road, which was luckily always busy. We snuck alongside a shorter backroad, to get into the house, and he was gone. Still one of the scariest things to happen to me as a kid.

ADRIAN CHAVEZ INC most of the clowns have masks, as long as you dont wear a mask and show your face it should be ok. :) most people recognize the joker too so i dont think people would think its bad
