these are not facing your fears. there's a difference between fear and irrational fears. irrational is like the one with the flies, completely irrational to be scared of them, but 99% of them are just fears that we should not try to wipe out of our minds. Being scared of drowning is fine, it's a primal human instinct that we should all listen to, being scared of drowning in cement, small spaces, etc, are all rational fears. edit : a lot of these challenges also seem like they could kill someone. like when they're in the cage, what if they forgot the location of the breathing hole and just drowned? this show is so sick.
